Mr. Sanjay C. Kulkarni heads the company as chairman. He began his professional journey as an Application Engineer at the Eutectic Division of L&T. After working for 8 years, he quit the company as an executive to start his own trading company. In his journey, he has worked with industries such as Mining, Metal, Power, Steel, Foundry and Forge, Defence, Paper & Pulp, Sugar, and Cement.
On January 13, 1988, he started this company with his two friends. The company was formed to meet market demands for various Test and Measurement Instruments for the Power Industry. Since inception, we have been working with the driving principle of offering simple solutions for difficult measurements.
In the early years of operations, he worked as Director of Marketing, and now he operates as Chairman of the Company. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing. He currently looks after the power sector by becoming a one-stop solution provider for Protection and Automation, Test and Measurement, Testing and Commissioning Services.
Furthermore, he currently holds the position of Chairman of the Test and Measurement Division formed under IEEMA.
Mrs. Swati Kulkarni, who is our Director- HR & International Business, plays a pivotal role in the company. She has more than 20 years of experience with New India Assurance Company Ltd. in handling corporate insurance accounts. She has worked on various types of accounts, from small boutique customer accounts to large-scale MNC accounts. She has an educational background in Statistics from Bombay University. She joined Scope as a director after taking voluntary retirement from New India Assurance Company Ltd. Currently, she is involved in various activities of the company, including employee training and managing the network of International dealers. She also heads the CSR Committee of the company.
